Metered Mail Preparation Associates We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for multiple Metered Mail Preparation roles across three different shifts. These positions are expected to run through late December, pending performance and attendance. See below for specific jobs, pay rates, and schedules. 1st Shift•
Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, 7AM to 3
PM Pay:
$15.25/hour 2nd Shift•
Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, 2nd shift, 3
PM Pay:
$16.25/hour 3rd Shift•
Schedule:
3rd Shift, Monday to Friday, 11PM to 7
AM Pay:
$17.25/hour Job Summary & Responsibilities Prepare outgoing metered mail by verifying correct date, postage, and barcode quality prior to mail being moved to production. Identify and communicate errors and problematic barcodes found in mail. Troubleshoot and resolve mail jams on machines. Perform additional assigned duties as needed. Requirements Basic understanding of English to safely follow operational and safety instructions (regardless of native language). Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or on different shifts, sometimes with little or no advance notice. Strong reliability and dependability. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with or without accommodations). Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend up to 80% of the time (with or without accommodations). Apply today to join a fast-paced, essential team!
