The Mail Room Clerk will support the Facilities Supervisor for mailing operations and internal distribution processes. Handles incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail, using both manual and automated methods. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Sorts inbound mail, parcels, and time-sensitive packagesScans accountable items into databasePicks up outbound materials from Terminix business units and internal departments, including interoffice mail.

Processes outbound automated First Class Mail and express shipmentsScans returned invoices and statements into databases. What do you need?
