Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and organized Mailroom Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help receive, sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages while keeping the mailroom running smoothly. No previous experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support so you can learn everything you need to succeed. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage anyone who is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn to apply. Responsibilities Receive incoming mail and packages from delivery carriers. Sort mail and packages by department, recipient, or location. Distribute mail and deliveries to the appropriate areas. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment. Label packages and shipping materials accurately. Keep records of incoming and outgoing deliveries when needed. Organize mailroom supplies and restock materials as necessary. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized mailroom. Follow simple workplace procedures and shipping guidelines. Work with team members to complete daily mailroom tasks efficiently. Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly addressed items to a supervisor. Assist with other general mailroom and administrative support duties as needed. Qualifications No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided. You are able to work well as part of a team and support coworkers when needed. You have basic English skills to understand simple instructions and communicate with colleagues. You have strong attention to detail and can accurately sort, label, and distribute mail and packages. You are reliable and arrive ready to work as scheduled. You are motivated to learn new tasks and follow training. You are able to follow directions and complete assigned work carefully. You are comfortable performing routine physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving mail or packages within the requirements of the role. You have good organizational skills and can keep the mailroom neat and orderly. You have a positive attitude and are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and organized workplace. Pay:
$24.43 - $29.43 per hour
