Full Job Description Print & Mailroom Associate Job Summary:

Mailroom Pros is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print & Mailroom Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. This role involves restocking shelves, preparing orders for shipment, and operating mailing equipment as part of a team in support of our daily mail operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist print operations in packaging print jobs for shipment.
• Create packing labels for print jobs.
• Restock shelves for envelopes, paper, and other production materials.
• Operate mail equipment and
• Ensure accurate sorting and labeling of mail items.
• Prepare mail for delivery to the US Postal Service.
• Load and unload mail trucks using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts.

Experience:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach, bend, and move items through production.
