Job Description

We are looking for candidates ready to begin their path in the role of Mail Clerk in our Record Services Department. The candidate will work alongside a team of professionals dedicated to exceeding expectations and customer satisfaction.
KEY JOB DUTIES
Open inbound mail and overnight deliveries. Sort mail by department. Identify mail and attach a file or case number. Time stamp all mail after identification. Log in all overnight packages and incoming checks. Process / produce outbound mail using Quadient production software, printers, copiers, scanners, folders / inserters and metering machines. Deliver outside mail and interoffice mail to each department. Daily mail pick-up and/or drop-off at local post-office. Other duties may be assigned as the above is representative, but not all-inclusive of the required duties of this position.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume production environment Daily mail pick-up and/or drop-off at local post-office.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED 0-1 year of file room experience Good computer and typing skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred.BENEFITS
