This role involves installing custom glass products in residential homes throughout Dallas and the surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to work on unique, high-quality glass installations with a team that values craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professional customer service. What You'll Do Install custom glass products, including frameless shower doors, framed and frameless mirrors, cabinet glass, and glass shelves. Work as part of a two-person installation crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Handle glass, metal, and glazing tools with care and precision. Ensure installations are properly aligned, secure, and finished with clean, consistent caulk lines. Protect customers' homes by using booties, drop cloths, and proper handling techniques. Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. What We're Looking For Ideally 3+ years of glazing or glass installation experience; candidates with approximately 1 year of experience may be considered based on skill, attitude, and reliability. Experience with frameless shower door installation is strongly preferred. Familiarity with mirrors, cabinet glass, glass shelves, and other custom glass products is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Dependable, punctual, and willing to work consistently in varying weather conditions. Comfortable with physically demanding work, including climbing, carrying materials, walking, standing, and stooping. Professional appearance and customer-service skills appropriate for residential environments. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
