Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Mailroom Associate for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Sumner, WA. This role is ideal for someone with mailroom, shipping and receiving, courier, office services, or business center experience who enjoys staying active, supporting employees, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The Mailroom Associate will work in a fast-paced, warehouse-style environment as part of a small team. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, hands-on training, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to build a long-term career path through a temp-to-perm assignment. Key Responsibilities

• Process, sort, receive, and distribute inbound and outbound mail, packages, and parcels.
• Support daily mailroom, business center, shipping, receiving, and office services operations.
• Provide professional customer service to onsite and remote employees.
• Coordinate shipments using carrier systems and follow established shipping and receiving procedures.
• Use Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based tools to complete daily tracking, communication, and documentation tasks.
• Move mail and packages using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks while completing mail routes that require moderate walking. Compensation and Benefits
• Pay rate: $20 per hour.

• Schedule:

  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
