Job Description
Job Summary The Part-Time Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients while providing administrative support to our attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Duties Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain an organized reception area and conference rooms. Assist with client intake and basic administrative paperwork. Scan, copy, file, and organize legal documents. Manage office supplies and place orders as needed. Perform general administrative and clerical duties. Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times. Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
