Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel with excellent phone etiquette Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, receiving deliveries, and maintaining visitor logs Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets to ensure accurate record keeping Support office management functions by organizing files, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings or events Assist with customer service inquiries by providing prompt support and clear communication both in person and via phone or email Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains organized and welcoming Qualifications Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Excellent computer literacy including technical proficiency with office management software and productivity tools Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone communication professionally and courteously Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
