Receptionist / Social Media Coordinator Townsend Nissan is looking for an outgoing, organized, and creative Receptionist / Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This is not a traditional receptionist position. While you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, a major part of this role is helping Townsend Nissan maintain a consistent, active, and high-quality presence on social media. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to customers, working with our team, taking photos and videos, and creating content on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and create a friendly, professional first impression Answer and route incoming phone calls Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate department Help manage Townsend Nissan's social media presence daily Take photos and videos around the dealership Create and post engaging content featuring vehicles, employees, customers, dealership events, promotions, and day-to-day dealership life Help create short-form video content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Encourage and coordinate participation from our salespeople and other employees Respond appropriately to social media activity and help keep our pages current Look for creative opportunities to showcase our dealership, people, and community Assist with dealership events, giveaways, and promotions Perform basic administrative duties and assist managers as needed Social Media Is a Required Part of This Position We want applicants to understand that creating content is not an occasional responsibility—it is an important part of the job. You do not need to be a professional photographer or videographer, but you should be comfortable being creative, using a smartphone to capture content, and learning what performs well online. The right person will be someone who sees something happening in the dealership and thinks, "We should get a video of that."
