Job Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system Maintaining the conference rooms, lobby or other public areas Serving coffee or water to guests and attorneys Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents Creating new case files Drafting simple correspondence
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or higher Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Respect for confidentiality and discretion Attention to detail Patience in dealing with difficult visitors
