The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process Schedule appointments using salon management software and maintain an organized calendar Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing inquiries and booking appointments Provide excellent customer support by answering questions and resolving issues promptly Perform data entry tasks accurately, including client information updates and appointment records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room Assist with filing, proofreading documents, and other clerical duties as needed Utilize Vagaro for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experience Requirements Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in a salon or similar environment Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Experience with calendar management and appointment scheduling is preferred Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction Typing proficiency with attention to detail for data entry tasks Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required Join our team as a Salon Receptionist where you can utilize your skills in a vibrant environment while contributing to an exceptional client experience.
