Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily office functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously, practicing excellent phone etiquette Manage incoming calls, route messages accurately, and handle general inquiries with enthusiasm Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records Support office management tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings Assist with basic administrative functions using Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word and Excel to prepare documents and reports Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized efficiently Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with multi-line phone systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication abilities Clerical experience including typing, filing, proofreading, and managing correspondence is advantageous Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered a plus for candidates seeking growth opportunities Join our team where your proactive attitude and organizational talent will shine! Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
