Job Description
Under close supervision, performs general office and clerical work of moderate difficulty specific to the assigned department. This is a full-time position, scheduled to work Monday through Friday. Answers multiple line phone system, provides front office customer service, and responds to public and other agency inquiries. Navigates through and retrieves information from computer databases. Receives, sorts, files, and retrieves forms, mail, or other types of documents. Operates various office equipment. Performs specific functions and/or duties relative to division or office assignment. Answers questions concerning departmental procedures. Orders office supplies and verifies accuracy of packing slips. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
