Job Title:

ReceptionistJob Description The Receptionist plays a pivotal role in establishing the first impression of the company through face-to-face and phone interactions with prospective clients, employees, guests, and vendors. We are seeking a passionate and driven professional to serve as an ambassador and liaison, ensuring each interaction is positive and memorable. Responsibilities

+ Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for employees and guests by communicating warmly and effectively.

+ Consistently offer professional, friendly, and welcoming interactions.

+ Answer and screen all incoming calls, redirecting or taking detailed messages as needed.

+ Greet, assist, and direct visitors, vendors, and the general public with a professional and courteous demeanor.

+ Manage visitor badges and maintain visitor records.

+ Remain actively visible in the reception area and accessible to customers.

+ Provide administrative support as needed in various departments.

+ Maintain guest registration logs using an electronic guest management system.

+ Support office events and meetings, including room reservations and organization.

+ Review documents and procedures to ensure familiarity with guest engagement details.

+ Assist with changes or new information, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

+ Ensure a positive guest experience through personal interaction and attendance at functions.

+ Assist with administrative responsibilities such as supply oversight and visual inspections.

+ Provide travel assistance by coordinating transportation and communicating arrivals.

+ Display professionalism and pride in all duties and responsibilities.

+ Adhere to all safety and security protocols.

+ Review internal work order systems and report service requests as needed. Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 2 years of reception experience. + 2 years of face-to-face customer interaction experience preferred.

+ Pleasant phone voice and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

+ Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Positive attitude and comfort in providing customer service to a diverse population.

+ Experience in customer service, front desk, concierge, and data entry is beneficial. Work Environment The work environment requires regular travel from floor to floor and may involve outdoor travel between buildings. The role requires sitting or standing for prolonged periods, using hands to operate office machinery, and regular communication. Professionalism and a sense of pride in duties are essential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
