Job Description
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Transcribe and distribute messages accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry ```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and organizing documents
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office & QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor
