This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates with professionalism, and brings strong attention to detail to every task. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for callers and visitors, manage administrative workflows, and support Facilities and Administration functions. The ideal candidate will have Receptionist or Front Desk experience, is dependable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with accuracy and a positive attitude.

Alamo, CA. 100% onsite 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities Manage front‑office operations including Teams call queue, inbound fax routing, shipping coordination, and office supply inventory Provide administrative support across Facilities and Administration, ensuring accurate updates to intranet content and internal communications Create, edit, and maintain digital signage and content using cloud-based software Assist with building maintenance needs and serve as backup support to the Director of Facilities Process employee ID card requests, maintain documentation accuracy, and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED, plus 2+ years of reception, clerical, or data entry experience Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to proofread, decipher handwriting, and maintain accuracy in all documentation Highly organized, detail‑focused, and able to work independently while exercising sound judgment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment #INANON-IT
