The Front Desk Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee documentation Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Enter and update information accurately in company databases and systems Support management with administrative tasks, reports, and filing Coordinate communication between departments Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and general office support Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual skills are a plus Preferred Skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Experience with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems Anaheim CA 3165 Call 714-410-8343 anaheim@partnerspersonnel.com Apply Now Back to Listings
