Role:

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information. Process payments and handle client records efficiently. Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Provide clients with educational materials and resources on pet care. Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations and protocols.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using scheduling and electronic medical record systems. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate demeanor with a love for animals. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology is advantageous. Willingness to learn and grow within the role. Must be available Friday-Sunday as needed with no restrictions for part time
