As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, professional experience while helping our busy salon stay organized and running smoothly. We're Looking for Someone Long-Term We are looking for someone who wants to become a consistent and reliable part of our team. Whether you are interested in full-time or part-time hours, we are looking for someone who can commit to a dependable schedule and grow with us long-term. This position is especially well suited for someone who has worked in a salon, spa, beauty business, or similar guest-focused environment and enjoys the energy and pace of the industry. Responsibilities Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, as this position includes serving complimentary alcoholic beverages to guests as part of the role. Warmly greet guests and create a welcoming, professional environment Manage a high volume of detailed client emails with strong grammar and accuracy Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage bookings Check guests in and out, update client information, and process payments Assist with client consultations by communicating service options, timing, and pricing based on their chosen stylist Follow daily and weekly checklists and salon systems Maintain and update weekly inventory Keep the front desk, waiting area, and salon clean and organized Support stylists and guests throughout the day Assist with laundry, sweeping, sanitizing, tidying stations, and general salon upkeep Qualifications Salon, spa, beauty, or related industry experience strongly preferred Familiarity with salon services such as haircuts, styling, color, highlights, balayage, treatments, and maintenance appointments Previous customer service or hospitality experience Strong written communication and grammar Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy salon environment Dependable and consistent with scheduling and attendance Comfortable following established systems, checklists, and instructions Confident using computers, email, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Professional, positive, and team-oriented Willing to help wherever needed to keep the salon running smoothly Weekend availability is important Interested in becoming a long-term member of our team Experience with Mangomint or other salon scheduling software is a plus.
