Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Bilingual Receptionist, preferably who has had experience working in a Law Firm to join our team! In this vital front desk role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Your bilingual skills will enable you to communicate effectively with diverse clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment. If you thrive on multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy supporting a team, this role is perfect for you! •Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and assist with check-in procedures in both languages Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages as needed Maintain organized filing systems and handle clerical tasks such as data entry and document proofreading Support office management duties including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Assist with client communication, providing information and support to ensure satisfaction Perform general administrative duties such as typing, copying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish , with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Strong office management capabilities with experience in front desk operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Skilled in phone answering, multi-line phone systems , and phone reception best practices Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment Experience with filing systems, proofreading documents, and supporting administrative functions Personal assistant experience or similar roles that require high levels of organization and client communication Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational skills and bilingual abilities will make a real difference!
