$21 per hour

General Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to warmly greet visitors, answer telephone calls, and perform general clerical duties. This role is strictly limited to the Reception/Administrative area and has no clinical involvement or duties whatsoever.

Essential Duties:

Provide general administrative and clerical support. Greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude. Answer telephone calls, take messages, or forward calls as needed. Check visitors in and direct or escort them to their specific destinations. Inform staff members of visitors' arrivals and cancellations. Maintain a visitor sign-in log. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Keep the reception area tidy and organized. Perform other duties as assigned. Agree to maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information, and promptly report any suspected or known violations to the Administrator. Uphold the confidentiality of residents' protected health information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
