Description We are looking for a welcoming and organized Bilingual Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations a client in Calabasas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping visitors, managing incoming calls, and keeping communication flowing smoothly across the site. The right candidate will bring strong customer service skills, confidence handling a multi-line phone system, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, team members, and vendors in a courteous and detail-oriented manner and create a positive first impression at the front desk.
• Manage a busy multi-line phone system, direct calls to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.
• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and provide clear, helpful information to callers and guests.
• Support day-to-day reception coverage by maintaining an orderly lobby and assisting with general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
• Use bilingual communication skills to assist Spanish-speaking callers and visitors when required. Requirements
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with several incoming lines.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while staying organized and attentive.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills are required.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to perform effectively in a part-time reception setting.
