Full-Time | Onsite Position Summary We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to support daily front office operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors while assisting with a variety of administrative and office-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist incoming visitors, customers, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Follow established front office policies and procedures Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Coordinate and manage will-call pickups Monitor and respond to emails as needed Maintain and order office supplies Keep the front lobby and conference room clean, organized, and properly stocked Maintain conference room and breakroom inventory, including coffee supplies, paper products, cups, and utensils Scan, file, organize, and purge records as needed Provide general administrative support to front office staff Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as assigned Track and maintain housekeeping and general office supplies Assist with additional administrative duties as needed Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision General knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word Previous office and multi-line phone system experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn Ability to contribute to a positive and professional work environment Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment and is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Some evening work may occasionally be required. Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
