Express Employment is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist. This position requires 1 year of current experience.

(Associates must meet requirements as stated in the handbook) Greet incoming patients politely and efficiently check them in for their appointment. Check in and check out patients efficiently and professionally and monitor appointments. Monitor daily schedules, appointments, communicate changes, and track cancellations/no-shows. Prepare and review patient charts for the upcoming day, including labels, insurance, referrals, allergies, and required paperwork. (All charts should be at the front desk for the upcoming day and it is the responsibility of the front desk staff to know that they have their entire upcoming day) Maintain smooth patient flow between the front desk and exam areas. Complete chart data entry and route charts to the appropriate departments. Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and provide excellent customer service. Follow all company policies, procedures, attendance, and dress code requirements. Prioritize tasks effectively and complete responsibilities in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned
