Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently using veterinary software. Manage medical collections, billing, and payment processing accurately while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain organized records of client interactions, medical histories, and treatment plans in compliance with veterinary terminology standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hospital. Support patient care and hospital workflow wherever needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist in a veterinary clinic. Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, medicine, and surgical procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and veterinary software systems. Knowledge with Shepherd PMS is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Requirements Previous experience as a receptionist in a veterinary clinic.
