We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
What You'll Do:
Welcome visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and provide outstanding customer service. Perform administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and scheduling. Coordinate office operations, including mail processing, calendars, resident directories, and weekly announcements. Assist residents, staff, volunteers, and Human Resources with administrative needs and inquiries. Support team goals by maintaining an organized front office and assisting with special projects and other assigned duties.
