TIME - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Nail Salon Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls and emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Schedule appointments and maintain appointment book Manage phone calls and emails Process payments and handle cash register Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with inventory management and restocking of products Follow opening and closing procedures Work collaboratively with other team members Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic computer skills and knowledge of scheduling software is a plus
