Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Front Desk Coordinator to support daily reception activities for a Contract position based in California. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and callers, helping create a welcoming experience while keeping front desk operations organized. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing visitor flow, handling phone communication, and assisting with administrative support in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival, complete check-in procedures, and guide them to the appropriate contact or meeting area.
- Oversee day-to-day reception coverage in the main office and ensure the front desk operates smoothly throughout business hours.
- Coordinate building access for visitors by following established property and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception space that reflects a positive first impression.
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system while providing courteous and efficient service.
- Respond to general front desk inquiries from visitors, employees, and vendors in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative assistance such as logging visitor information, handling basic office requests, and supporting routine front office tasks.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to help manage guest arrivals and ensure a seamless onsite experience.
