Keller Williams is looking for enthusiastic, professional, and tech-savvy receptionist (Monday - Friday) to join our Danville team! You'll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate is positive, outgoing, learning-based, a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and extremely computer savvy. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling emails and social posts, managing mail and deliveries, and provide administrative support across the organization. This is not just a front-desk role; it's a central hub that touches leadership support, agent onboarding, event coordination, and office culture.THE POSITION
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Serve visitors by greeting, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Receiving, sorting and disseminating daily mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to leadership and Market Center faculty
- Maintain appearance of reception and common areas of office, maintain office supplies, equipment and inventory
- Arrange and manage logistics for associate training and Market Center special events
- Act as coordinator for the conference rooms and training room.
- Maintain continuity within the Market Center by building relationships with agents and being a culture leader
- Manage Market Center notifications and social media
- Assist with new agent onboarding and orientation processes
