Part time Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Nail Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Nail Salon Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable. Answer phone calls in a professional manner, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services. Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Assist nail technicians with client intake and service coordination. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Must be available to work on Saturdays and be flexible to work 10-hour shifts as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a nail salon or similar environment. Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a positive attitude. Reliable and punctual.
