Job Description
Receptionist - Therapy Lab of OC (Fountain Valley, CA) Therapy Lab of OC is a growing speech and occupational therapy clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Fountain Valley.
Pay $20-$25 per hour
Position Details:
Hours:
22-30 hours per week M-TH 1:30 PM - 5:45 PM Friday 10:30-PM 5:45PM Setting:
Pediatric speech and occupational therapy clinicKey Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate clinician schedules, Onboard new clients and families, Schedule evaluations and re-evaluations , Maintain accurate records and documentation, Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff, Ensure deadlines and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.Qualifications:
Experience in scheduling, detail orientated, and attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Docs, Excellent organizational and time management skills, High attention to detail, Strong customer service and communication skills, Ability to prioritize tasks and understand the "big picture" in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us:
