This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow within the healthcare field.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs Verify patient demographics and insurance information Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Collect co-pays and process patient payments Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system Assist with patient forms and other administrative tasks Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience Support multiple office locations as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)

Qualifications:
