Job Description

Job Purpose :
The receptionist is an essential component of the United Pharma LLC team. The receptionist is the first person that customers, vendors and applicants will come in contact with. The receptionist must be a professional and pleasant representative of United Pharma LLC, and must consistently put forward effort to create an overall positive and pleasant atmosphere concerning front desk duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system in a pleasant and professional manner Pleasantly and professionally greet, assist, and route all incoming calls Pleasantly and professionally greet, assist and direct all customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors Distribute mail in a timely manner General front desk and office duties Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Successfully multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner Must keep work area clean and neat Responsible for ordering office supplies for the office area Responsible for ordering miscellaneous supplies for different departments Issuing PO's and maintaining the Purchase Order Log Maintaining the poised atmosphere of the front office, employee break room and coffee area Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
2 years previous work experience High School diploma Some college preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills (In both English and Spanish) Excellent computer skills
Essential Physical Requirements:
• Frequent sitting • Repetitive use of keyboard with both hands
