Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Microsoft Office. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of legal files and correspondence. Assist with clerical duties including typing, copying, scanning, and maintaining organized filing systems. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Qualifications Proven experience in front desk operations within an office environment; legal office experience is a plus. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), data entry, and general computer literacy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual (Spanish or Armenian) abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Demonstrated phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Previous clerical or administrative experience that showcases attention to detail and proofreading capabilities. Personal assistant or office management background is advantageous for supporting daily operations seamlessly.
