Receptionist - Best RV | Grand Terrace, CA Best RV is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team at our Grand Terrace location! As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

5 days per week Required availability: Friday through Monday , plus one additional weekday

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and 1 day of the week is open to your choice! What You'll Do Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate department or team member Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks Receive and distribute mail and other deliveries Maintain accurate customer and visitor information Support the sales and administrative teams with day-to-day tasks Help ensure every customer has a positive experience from the moment they arrive What We're Looking For Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and approachable personality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable answering phones and working with customers in person Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems Ability to work Friday through Monday is required Why Join Best RV?
