Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the face of our spa. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating a seamless and elevated experience for our clients from the moment they walk in or contact us.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with a warm and professional attitude Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage client inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area Process payments and handle basic transactions Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations Handle client concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using booking systems, email, and basic computer programs Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Interest in skincare, wellness, or the beauty industry is a plus
