Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for our office. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, office management experience, and a positive attitude to ensure smooth daily operations. Answering incoming front desk calls and transferring them to the appropriate departments or team members Receiving, sorting, and delivery mail and office supplies as needed Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies for office areas, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure a clean and well-stocked environment Assisting with mailing and shipping tasks, including packaging and label preparation Generating and distributing monthly Bankrate Leads Report, and managing lead returns as needed Organizing physical and digital documents, including scanning, forwarding, filing, or securely disposing of sensitive materials Sending out communications to lenders regarding loan updates, documentation, or general inquiries Performing tasks within the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS), including registration and updates Monitoring online reviews, responding as appropriate, and coordinating the distribution of gift cards to reviewers Initiating title and escrow orders and confirming receipt of preliminary reports Emailing Funded Rate Protection certificates to borrowers upon loan completion Tracking credit trigger leads and distributing them to the appropriate loan officers or departments Providing coverage and support for other departments, as needed Other related duties as assigned Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with front desk operations, office management, and clerical tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing top-tier service while enjoying a collaborative work environment that values your contributions!
