Role:

JD Demolition and Grading, Inc., a reputable demolition and grading contractor, is seeking an experienced Highside End Dump Driver . The ideal candidate will be Job Summary The Highside End Dump Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks to haul demolition debris, dirt, and other materials to and from job sites. This role requires strong driving skills, equipment awareness, and attentiveness to safety regulations. The driver represents JD Demolition professionally on every project site and must maintain compliance with company, state, and DOT requirements. Key Responsibilities Operate Highside end dump trucks in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner. Transport demolition debris, soil, or concrete to approved disposal or recycling facilities. Report to work and job sites on time each day; punctuality and reliability are essential.

MUST BE ON TIME

. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any maintenance or safety issues. Follow project routing, loading, and dumping schedules as assigned by dispatch. Adhere to all company and DOT safety policies, including proper use of PPE and load securement practices. Maintain accurate driver logs, load tickets, and trip reports. Keep equipment clean, fueled, and inspection-ready at all times. Requirements Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record. Minimum 2 years of experience operating end dump or construction haul trucks (Highside preferred). Knowledge of local disposal sites and hauling routes. Ability to operate in various conditions including dirt, gravel, and uneven terrain. Strong attention to safety, time management, and communication. Must pass pre-employment drug screening and maintain compliance with DOT testing.
