Responsibilities of the Receptionist Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude. Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service. Direct visitors to the appropriate departments and assist with general inquiries. Maintain the visitor sign-in process, and issue visitor badges. Receive and direct deliveries to the appropriate departments. Pick up, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Monitor office product inventory and restock supplies as needed. Keep the reception area and common areas clean, organized, and presentable. Operate standard office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, calculators, and computers. Provide clerical and administrative support to office staff as needed. Assist with general office duties to ensure daily operations run efficiently. Preferred Qualifications for the Receptionist 1–2 years of receptionist or front desk experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required). EB-8421793550
