Professional appearance Diligent and detail oriented Eager to learn. Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and general internet proficiency Punctual and reliable with a great attendance record Flexible in a fast-paced clinical environment Independent with excellent time management skills What your responsibilities will be: Check emails and voicemails, responding in a timely manner. Greet and check in patients and visitors. Communicate with clinical staff and management for daily support. Participate in various administrative projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member. Process incoming mail and deliveries.
