About the

Role:

Discount Glass & Mirror Co. is looking for a Part-time Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our team in Lomita, CA. This is a great opportunity to join a hands-on, customer-focused business. 16-24 hours per work week. You must be able to work as a team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately Respond to inquiries about glass, mirror, and related products and services Maintain organized front desk operations including filing, data entry, and record keeping Communicate customer needs and job details to technicians and shop staff

Requirements:

Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in computer applications (email, excel, word) •Quickbooks not necessary but a plus• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude Able to read a tape measure
