Role:
We are a fast pace / growing construction company looking for a full-time office administrator. The candidate must have an excellent work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. The office assistant's primary responsibility is to conserve the owner's time through office coordination, processing correspondence, and tackling business operational tasks related to HR, finance, and marketing support. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic person to join our team. This will be a full-time position, and we are looking for someone to start immediately. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Communicating with technicians, vendors and clients; answering phone calls; generating financial reports; coordinating estimates, meetings, deliveries and installations; overseeing marketing expenses and platforms; maintaining filing systems; expediting & following up on orders; and various other administrative tasks. Required Skills- At least 6 months of professional experience

- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of business operational systems and process (Google Sheets, Quickbooks, and invoicing platforms)
- Ability to follow through effectively
