We are looking for a bilingual Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for a food and food processing environment in Carson, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal staff. The role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, along with the ability to manage a busy phone system while maintaining a welcoming and efficient reception area.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, employees, and vendors with a courteous and attentive approach while maintaining an orderly front office environment.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, directing each inquiry to the appropriate department or team member.
• Respond to general questions in person and over the phone, providing clear information in both Spanish and English as needed.
• Support day-to-day reception coverage by managing messages, transferring calls, and ensuring timely communication across the office.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks connected to front-desk operations, including basic documentation and coordination support.
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable to create a positive experience for visitors and staff.
• Help maintain smooth communication flow between departments by accurately relaying call details and visitor information.
