The May Firm, California's premier personal injury law firm, is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English) to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service with professionalism and empathy. This role requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.Phone Communication:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages and transferring calls to the appropriate staff members.Client Support:
Assist clients by providing case updates and answering general questions, ensuring a positive experience.Document Handling:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, scan and file documents, and maintain client records.Office Coordination:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common office spaces.Translation Services:
Provide Spanish translation support during client meetings, phone calls, and for case documents, as needed.Qualifications:
Bilingual:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members professionally.Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software is preferred.Organizational Skills:
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of calls and tasks efficiently.Client Service:
A friendly, empathetic, and client-focused approach to service delivery.Team Player:
Works collaboratively with attorneys, case managers, and other staff to support office operations.Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:
