Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Receptionist to join our vibrant law firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support legal professionals across a diverse range of practice areas. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with exceptional organizational skills, ready to manage administrative tasks efficiently while providing outstanding front-desk support. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience. Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately. Maintain and organize legal documents using document management systems such as CLIO and MS Outlook. Maintain the library with legal updates as needed. Run errands for attorneys, including filing of court documents and recorders office. Perform some file maintenance to support ongoing legal cases and research efforts.
