Compensation:

We work together every day to provide compassionate care to our patients and outstanding service to their owners. We're looking for someone who shares our passion and wants to become a valued member of our team. Responsibilities Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Schedule appointments and coordinate the daily appointment calendar. Answer multi-line phone calls and assist clients with questions, appointment requests, and prescription refill requests. Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Escort (room) patients and their families into exam rooms and prepare them for the veterinarian. Communicate clearly with doctors and veterinary staff to ensure a smooth client experience. Process payments and maintain accurate client accounts. Assist with administrative tasks, medical records, and general front desk organization. Work collaboratively with the entire veterinary team to provide the highest level of care for our furry friends. What We're Looking For Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed. Veterinary or medical reception experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and customer service skills.
