You'll support daily front-desk operations and help deliver a smooth, relaxing experience for every client. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner Schedule and manage appointments Answer phone calls, messages, and emails Process payments and maintain client records Promote spa services, packages, memberships, and retail products Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Can speak English & Vietnamese Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using booking and POS systems Availability to work weekday (Monday to Friday) is required What We Offer Commission on retail sales, service upgrades, packages, and memberships Biweekly commission payouts Employee discounts on spa treatments and products Training and growth opportunities
