You'll run the front of the practice: greeting patients, answering calls, managing the schedule, handling billing, and making sure everyone who walks through the door feels welcomed and cared for. We're a growing practice with a warm, friendly team environment, and there's real room here to develop and take on more responsibility over time. This is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys people, stays calm when the phone and the lobby are busy at the same time, and takes pride in a well-run office. What You'll Do Greet patients with a warm, friendly smile and check them in Answer incoming calls, return messages, and reply to patient emails Schedule and confirm appointments, manage cancellations and the waitlist Help patients complete intake forms and keep patient records updated Coordinate patient care plans and follow up on missed or upcoming visits Handle patient and insurance billing, including claim submission and follow-up on outstanding balances Verify insurance benefits, collect co-pays, and explain coverage and payment options Keep the front lobby clean, organized, and welcoming Assist the team with basic daily office tasks Help plan and staff office events, patient appreciation days, and community outreach What We're Looking For Experience preferred: Medical receptionist: 1 year Customer service: 1 year Bilingual Healthcare or medical office setting — chiropractic experience is a plus You are: Friendly, professional, dependable, and organized A clear communicator with a great phone manner Able to juggle several things at once without losing your cool Comfortable with insurance verification and billing, or a fast learner willing to be trained High school diploma or equivalent required. What We Offer $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience 35-hour work week with a consistent schedule
Work Schedule:
Mondays 9am-6pm, Tuesdays 9am-6pm, Wednesdays 9am-12pm, Thursdays 2:30pm-6pm, Fridays 9am-5pm A growing practice with real room to develop and take on more responsibility A warm, welcoming, friendly office environment and a close-knit teamPay:
