Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service Manage appointment scheduling via POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate bookings and confirmations Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts with precision Assist guests with retail product demos, upselling spa packages, and merchandising efforts to enhance sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, stock supplies, and ensure product displays are appealing Answer all incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information or directing inquiries appropriately Support daily operations by managing inventory levels, stocking retail items, and assisting with basic retail math for transactions Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a grocery store or similar fast-paced environment Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or managing tasks efficiently Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Knowledge of upselling techniques, product demos, merchandising strategies, and stock management Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail transactions and inventory counts Experience in providing excellent phone etiquette and delivering outstanding customer service in busy settings Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm and dedication help create memorable wellness experiences.
